I’m happy to offer meal plans, but I always want to ensure they truly work for you and help you reach your health goals.

A meal plan should fit seamlessly into your life, making healthy eating easier—not more overwhelming.


Starting a meal plan can feel difficult, especially when factors like your current lifestyle, type of work and schedule, age, health condition, socioeconomic status, cooking skills, and daily routines create obstacles to following one consistently.

How My Meal Plans Work

Choose Your Meal Plan Subscription

Meal plans are available to you by subscription. Meal plans rotate every 4-6 weeks; some every week. Your meal plan will renew monthly until you cancel it.

Receive Weekly Recipes

Each week you will receive recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack (1-2), and dinner. Dinner leftovers are often included so you can have lunch for the next day to take to school or work.

Done-for-you Weekly Grocery Shopping List

Meal plans include recipes with pictures, a smart grocery list you can access from your phone while shopping, and nutrition information.

Customize To Your Personal Liking

Meal plans are interactive and fully customizable. Add or remove recipes per your preferences. You can also adjust the number of servings if you want leftovers for the next day

7-day meal plan, 4-week rotation

Low-Carb Meal Plan is designed to help stabilize blood sugar levels while keeping meals satisfying and nutritious. Recipes are crafted to be low in carbohydrates (~120 g) while providing plenty of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Perfect for those looking to manage blood sugar, support weight loss goals, or enjoy balanced, flavorful meals without the carb overload. Eating well has never been this easy!

Anti-Inflammatory 5-Day Meal Plan

5-day meal plan, 0-week rotation

Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan is designed to support blood glucose levels, manage diabetes, and support weight loss while reducing inflammation often associated with chronic disease. This plan is rich in fiber, lean proteins, heart-healthy fats, and antioxidants that help manage cholesterol, blood pressure, and overall cardiometabolic health. Eat well, nourish your heart, and enjoy delicious meals that support lifelong health!

Plant-Based 5-Day Meal Plan

0-day meal plan, 0-week rotation

This plan contains 100% plant-based recipes rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients, which are anti-inflammatory and support cardiometabolic health.

Weight Loss Support Meal Plan

7-day meal plan, 1-week rotation

Weight Loss Support Meal Plan is designed to help you lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way with high-protein, nutrient-dense meals that keep you full, support muscle maintenance, and fuel your workouts—all while fitting into your lifestyle.

Mediterranean Family Meal Plan

7-day meal plan, 4-week rotation

The Meditteriena family meal plan is completely customizable and contains nutrient-dense foods to meet your family’s needs to support growth and development. Each week, you will receive 7 days of carefully selected recipes with the ability to search for thousands more to add to your plan. Use this plan as a guide and the source of healthy, balanced, easy to make recipes.

Endurance Athlete meal plan

Total cals: ~2500-day

4-day meal plan, 6-week rotation

Meal plan with 60% carbs for endurance athletes; High GI pre-workout snack with about 30 g of carbs that are easily digestible.
Post-exercise snack with 20-25 g protein and 45-60 g carbs, lower fiber and high quality protein.

Protein powders can be added to the meal plan to support meeting protein needs. Ask your dietitian for individual advice.

BREASTFEEDING MEAL PLAN

Total cals: ~2,200 day

7-day meal plan, 4-week rotation

Nutrient-dense recipes to support breastfeeding. The calories are planned for 2000-2200 kcal/day and includes 3 meals and 2 snacks, but you can modify your plan with an easy click-and-drag tool and add more delicious meals. You can change the number of servings for each meal as you wish. This meal plan emphasizes the preparation of whole, plant-based foods. Dinners and some lunches are planned for two days.

WEIGHT RESTORATION MEAL PLAN

Total cals: ~3,000-day

7-day meal plan, 1-week rotation

Weight restoration meal plan includes 3 meals and 3 snacks, nutrition-dense meals with a goal to restore weight. It was created for teenagers in mind, focusing on delicious, colorful, fun-to-make meals. It is completely customizable. The calories are between 3,000 and 3,300 per day. This plan rotates every week. Your recomendations may be different; it’s best to contact your dietitian for personalized advice.
