I’m a Registered Dietitian and the owner of BLS Nutrition, a nutrition practice based in Schaumburg, Chicago Suburbs.

From Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and tailored meal planning to practical nutrition counseling and culinary guidance, I provide the tools and support needed to take charge of your health and feel your best. I am passionate about empowering individuals of all ages to take charge of their health with personalized nutrition strategies.

I’m board-certified by the Commission on Dietetics Registration through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I specialize in cardiometabolic health, helping individuals manage and prevent diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and maintain a healthy body weight through personalized nutrition.

With a strong foundation in science and a commitment to evidence-based practice, I stay up to date with the latest research to provide my clients with the most effective, practical, and sustainable nutrition guidance.

As a bilingual Registered Dietitian fluent in Polish, I am proud to offer nutrition counseling in both English and Polish, ensuring that language is never a barrier to quality care. Whether you feel most comfortable discussing your health in your language or simply appreciate a provider who understands your cultural background, I am here to support you with personalized, compassionate guidance.

My practice is open to everyone, and I strive to help individuals of all cultural backgrounds to the best of my ability. Additionally, children are always welcome in my office, making it easier for families to prioritize their health together in a supportive and inclusive environment.
