Berry Chia Pudding, High Fiber

Berry Chia Pudding is a powerhouse of heart-healthy nutrients, making it an excellent choice for cardiovascular health and weight management. Chia seeds are packed with soluble fiber, which helps lower LDL (bad) cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar, and promote gut health. The omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds also reduce inflammation and support healthy blood vessels, reducing the risk of heart disease. The antioxidants in berries, such as anthocyanins, protect against oxidative stress and improve circulation, benefiting heart function. The high fiber and protein content also promote satiety, helping with weight management by reducing hunger and preventing overeating. This nutrient-dense meal is delicious and a natural way to nourish the body and support overall wellness.
