Matcha Chia Seeds Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened soy or almond milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • Optional: A pinch of cinnamon to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk: Sift the matcha into your milk and whisk until no clumps remain.
  • Mix: Add the chia seeds and vanilla; stir vigorously.
  • Wait & Stir: Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again (this prevents the seeds from clumping at the bottom).
  • Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
